Nappy bucket with lid

If you are going to home wash, then you need a bucket with a lid to store the nappies before washing.

This is a standard 16L bucket, larger than the ones you normally find on the high street. It will hold a good 12-15 nappies so you may be washing every second day at the beginning but less so as time goes on. We had a bucket in the bathroom and one in our child’s room – but then again we were washing for three!

It’s round, has a sealing lid and also a handle for you to carry it to your washing machine.

If you don’t want to rehandle your nappies from the bucket to the washing machine, then invest in some laundry bags.
